Scan ERP is a garment manufacturing ERP system. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it, in plain language.

1. Contact Form (Landing Page)

When you fill out the demo request form on our website, we collect:

• Your name
• Factory name (optional)
• Phone / WhatsApp number
• Your message (optional)

This data is sent directly to our WhatsApp number. We do not store it on any server or database. We use it only to contact you about the demo you requested.

2. ERP Application Data

When a factory uses Scan ERP, the following data is stored in the factory's Firebase project:

• Operator names, usernames, and roles
• Attendance records (biometric check-in/out times)
• Production data (QR scans, piece counts, work history)
• Earnings and payment records
• Inventory data (fabric stock, accessories, dispatch records)

This data belongs to the factory. It is stored securely in Google Cloud (Firebase) and is only accessible to authorized users within the factory's account.

3. Data We Do Not Collect

• We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising on this website
• We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third party
• We do not collect payment or credit card information through this website

4. Third-Party Services

Our website uses:

• YouTube — for embedded demo videos (YouTube's own privacy policy applies when you play a video)
• Google Fonts — for loading the Inter typeface
• Firebase Hosting — for serving this website

5. Data Security

All ERP data is stored in Google Firebase with encryption at rest and in transit. Access is controlled through role-based authentication. The factory administrator manages who can access the system.

6. Your Rights

If you have requested a demo and want us to delete your contact information, or if you are a factory using Scan ERP and have questions about your data, contact us and we will help.
